This ends up working out much better than cramming it all into a dreaded all-nighter session where you most likely forget the information after the test.

2. Write It Down – Jotting down key facts, information, and working out calculations are a great way to store and further understand the material than just glancing over it. It allows us to better store the info in our heads as we go along. Whether you take notes, work out story problems or make flash cards, definitely incorporate this into your study routine.

3. Gimme A Break, Gimme A Break – Not the Kit Kat (although you can) but the kind where you take a study break and move around. Give your brain a chance to rest from the material and go exercise, hang out with friends, grab a bite to eat before returning back to tear up the material.

4. Catch Up On Your Zzzzs – Who doesn’t love sleep?
